In each cabin, there is an air conditioner, wardrobe, mirror, paid minibar, bathtub, hairdryer, 2 towels per guest, French windows or a balcony.
Bed linen and towels are changed daily on the ship.
Each cabin has a large double bed + sofa or 2 single beds + sofa.
Internet on the ship is available for an additional fee. On Luxury and Dahabeya ships, internet is provided free of charge.
Children under 6 years old stay free of charge (maximum two).
Children aged 6 to 11.99 years pay 50% of the full price.
A maximum of two children under 12 years old can be accommodated in one cabin.
Kinder over 12 years old are considered adults in terms of accommodation policy.
If there is one child over 12 years old and one child over 6 years old, they must stay in a separate double cabin.
Accommodation of two adults, one child over 12, and one child over 6 in the same cabin is not allowed, due to the cabin size limitations.
All cabins are approximately 20 square meters in size.
Every cabin offers a view of the Nile River.
A triple cabin is equipped with three separate beds or one double bed and a sofa.
Meals are served buffet-style three times a day. They start with lunch on the first day upon boarding and end with breakfast on the last day.
Drinks: tea, coffee, and juice are free at breakfast; during lunch and dinner, they are paid. Evening tea on the deck is also free of charge. Water is paid during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as all other drinks, including alcoholic beverages.
Passengers may bring their own snacks and drinks, including alcohol, but consuming food or drinks not purchased on the ship is only allowed in their own cabin.
Your insurance is valid for the entire duration of your cruise.
Check-in on the ship is at 12:00, check-out from the ship takes place after breakfast before 9:00 am.
A mandatory prepayment of 50% of the cruise cost is required, and 75% is required during New Year’s and holidays.
Payment is made in Russian rubles to a Russian card. Payment in cryptocurrency or cash in USD is also accepted in Hurghada.
On the cruise, you will need money for water/drinks during excursions and for souvenirs, as well as for optional additional excursions.

In Aswan, you can buy porcelain, gold, and papyrus; in Luxor, oils, alabaster, and papyrus. Your guide will help you navigate the shopping and stores.
On excursions, sun-protective clothing is required, and wearing a hat is strongly recommended.
Cruise ships typically have 60-70 cabins.
Dahabei’s ships have 4 to 12 cabins and can be fully booked.
You must bring your passport with you on your cruise. Your passport will be left at the ship’s reception until your departure.
Tips on board are a mandatory service charge and are paid upon check-in. The mandatory tip is $10 per adult per night.
Tips for the guide, if you enjoyed the excursions, are not included in this amount and are paid separately at your discretion.
Two guides are available on cruise excursions.
For groups of more than 10 people, the guide stays on board with the group at all times.
If you’d like a guide on board with you and your group is smaller than 10, an additional fee applies.
The cruise price includes transfers from the Aswan and Luxor train stations to the ship.
Transfers from Aswan Airport and Luxor Airport to the ship cost $50 for 1-4 people. For groups of more than 4, the cost is $10 per person.
Transfers from other cities (Cairo, Hurghada, Marsa Alam) are available for an additional fee, except for cruises that include Cairo and a stay at a hotel in Hurghada, where transfers are included.
The tour is available in Russian, English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian.
Other languages are available for an additional fee.
