Conditions
Booking:
All excursions can be booked not less than 2 days before departure.
Payment:
To confirm the excursion, 20% of the trip price must be payed in advance, the rest 80% must be payed not later than 2 days before the excursion date.
Cancellations policy:
Excursion can only be cancelled with the full refund not later than 7 days before departure.
Transportation:
Excursion groups consist normally from 2-3 pax for limousine and not more than 8 pax for microbus.
In occasion of organized group up to 40 pax, tourist bus can be provided.
Our Guides:
The excursion price includes a professional guide proficient in English, Russian, German, French, Italian, and Spanish, Any other language can be provided with extra fee.
Excursion days:
All excursions can be provided any day except Abu Simbel excursion can be provided on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.
Meals:
As part of our exceptional service, we provide complimentary soft drinks and snacks upon check-in.
Lunch (in overday excursion) or dinner (in overnight excursion) included in all excursions without drinks(extra fees).
